GEMMA ALPUENTE

Gemma Alpuente is a young Valencian artist who has managed to develop a personal style by playing with visual registers, color, and three-dimensionality. Through her creation of pop street art, she explores her artistic and plastic research, using various media, formats, and techniques that result in her distinctive working method.

“I understand art, and more specifically artistic creation, as a method of research in which I can develop new concepts and visual, plastic, and material structures. In the current period of artistic and personal maturity in which I find myself, I am delving deeper into my most intimate artistic project.”
